i) Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, free delivery service is available for products with a purchase value of HKD$1,000 or above. Otherwise, you are required to pay for the delivery fee.
 

ii) Free delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong and does not include free international shipping.
 

iii) The prices of the products are as shown on the day of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust the minimum order amount for free shipping at any time and without prior notice.
 

iv) For in-stock items, the estimated shipping date is 3 to 5 working days after placing the order*. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is 7 to 20 working days after placing the order, depending on the information displayed on the product page. Once the items are in stock, we will ship them out as soon as possible. Shipping refers to the dispatch of the order package from the warehouse, but it still requires the delivery company to collect and deliver it. Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

*Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (including non-working days in specific suppliers' localities, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If there are holidays in the specific suppliers' localities that result in a delay in shipment, an announcement will be made separately.

*In the event of a black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal number 8 or above, delivery services will be suspended and alternative arrangements will be made.
 

v) The delivery scope in Hong Kong includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung (Discovery Bay and Ma Wan). It does not apply to the following outlying island areas: Hong Kong International Airport, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O. Delivery service is not available in restricted areas, including Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, and Hong Kong International Airport.
 

vi) If there are any changes to your delivery address, you must notify us within 24 hours after placing the order or immediately notify the third-party logistics company.

vii) Any changes to the above promotional terms and conditions will not be notified separately.
 

viii) In case of any disputes, Ricaricohk reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation.
